Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Please note that you can only use one discount code per transaction.
Why is my discount code not working?
Please make sure that you are not attempting to use the discount code outside of the promotional period i.e. some discounts codes are time restricted and will not work once the time has expired.
Make sure to enter the discount code correctly. If the discount code is still not working, and you are sure that it is valid, feel free to contact us via email or social media.
Discount codes have no cash value, you cannot exchange discount for cash and discount is non-transferable.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless stated otherwise (e.g. extra 10% off sale items discount code).
Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Items that have been returned will be refunded at the discount price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Naqsh have the right to:
(i) Cancel this offer at any time.
(ii) Refuse to allow any individual to participate in this offer.
(iii) Amend these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
