When will my order arrive?
We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive following your dispatch email. If you are an international customer, please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your order to arrive.
When will my order be ready to collect?
You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to collect. Please ensure that our emails are not going to your junk folder.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You have 2 weeks to collect your order, after which your order will be returned back to stock and you will be refunded.
What are your opening times so I can collect my order?

What do I need to collect my order?
Please bring your order number and a form of ID that matches the name given to place the order.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, please ensure they bring your order number, name, postcode and email address in order to collect your order on your behalf.
Can I change my method from collect to delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your method of receipt of goods from collection to delivery, or delivery to collection.
