How can I return my items?

If you would like to return an item, please print out this returns form and follow the instructions. You need a returns form and your invoice in order to return your order to us.

Can I return my items?

We always want you to enjoy the items you purchase from us, but we understand that’s not always the case and that’s okay. You have a total of 14 days to return your items from the date you received your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, undamaged and with all of its original packaging and labelling. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of jewellery or cosmetics.

 

How long do I have to return my items?

You have a total of 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return your items. Your item must reach us by the 14th day for us to give you a refund. For example, if you received your order on the 1st of May, your item must reach us by the 15th of May to qualify for a refund (along with other terms and conditions).

 

What are my return options?

You have two options to return your order – in store or via delivery. If returning via store, simply pop in when we’re open with the items you wish to return – along with your invoice. If sending the items back to us via delivery, pack the items securely with the invoice, and send them back to our address. Please note that we cannot issue a refund without an invoice.

 

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately, we do not perform any exchanges of any items. You can however, simply return an item and purchase another.

 

Can I return jewellery?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any jewellery or cosmetics.

 

What are my cancellation rights?

It is your legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you receive your order. Although it is legally called a ‘cancellation’ right – you will still have to receive your order and return it if it has been dispatched. You are unable to cancel certain orders due to hygiene reasons such as jewellery or cosmetics.

 

Have you received my returned goods?

Once we have received, checked, and processed your refund, we will send you an email confirmation notifying you of this.

 

How long will my refund take to be processed?

We will send you an email confirmation once we receive your return notifying you of any refund we will make to the account you used to place your order. Please allow 5 – 10 working days for your refund to reach you. The amount of time it takes for your funds to be available depends on your payment provider.

 

My purchase is faulty, what can I do?

We’re sorry that an item you have purchased from us is faulty, or that you are unhappy with the quality. We check all items thoroughly before sending them out. Please click here to download the returns form and follow the instructions and note down any faults with any of the items you have received with as much detail as possible.
