Delivery & Collection Options


When will my order arrive?

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive following your dispatch email. If you are an international customer, please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Please click here to track your order using your tracking number.


When will my order be ready to collect?

You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to collect. Please ensure that our emails are not going to your junk folder.


How long do I have to collect my order?

You have 2 weeks to collect your order, after which your order will be returned back in stock and you will be refunded.


What times are you open so I can collect my order?

 Monday - Thursday  12pm - 7pm 
 Friday   3pm - 7pm
 Saturday - Sunday             12pm - 7pm            


Please be aware that we do close on some national holidays, if in doubt – give us a call or follow us on social media to stay updated.


What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring your order number and a form of ID that matches the name given to place the order.


Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes, please ensure they bring your order number, name, postcode and email address in order to collect your order on your behalf.


Can I change my method from collect to delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your method of receipt of goods from collection to delivery, or delivery to collection.

All of our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

*Order must be placed before 3pm to qualify for next day delivery


What happens if I’m not in when my delivery arrives?

Royal Mail will leave you a card with further instructions on how you can retrieve your parcel from them.


Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address after you’ve placed an order – please ensure your details are correct and up to date. We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 24 hours.
